My "Crazy" Idea for Maverick Business Adventures™
Many of you know my story. I'm a serial Internet entrepreneur who has built several successful businesses online with zero employees, except my wife, Missy.
Personally, I get my thrills from any kind of exciting experience like Running with the Bulls, bungee jumping, sky diving, exotic car road rallies (dressed like Elvis), Zero-G flights, and even an upcoming trip into space on Virgin Galactic. - 3 days of wild off-road adventure driving
starting in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and ending in Loreto with highly seasoned Baja off road driving experts, Wide Open Baja. We'll follow part of the famous Baja 1000 off-road race course along mountain roads, majestic ocean-view vistas and untamed trails not accessible to most others. (And the fact we are able to get to these nearly inaccessible spots means all the difference as you'll see coming up.)
Your specially equipped and purpose-built Baja racer has been designed to tackle the desert landscape. Rocks, bumps, holes, boulders and nearly anything else in your path is no match for your car's 20" of travel. (This is like walking over a pebble in your sneakers.) Your car devours the road with a 4-speed manual transmission, Porsche-powered engine, incredible suspension and 20" wheels. You'll experience a mix of pure adrenaline, exploration and incredible adventure.
- Scorpion Bay
We'll spend a day in the sun & playing in and around the water at the famous (but nearly inaccessible) "Scorpion Bay". Truly an oasis of wild and unspoiled nature that is well beyond mass tourism because there are no easy ways to get here.
It's the world 2nd largest surf break and you can surf the infamous Baja waves (rides of up to a minute are not uncommon). Have no fear if you're a beginner surfer or want to learn because we'll have a private instructor ready to help. There's an entire assortment of boards for every level.
- Whale encounter at San Ignacio
There's only a small window when the most massive creatures in the ocean are available for us to get close enough to them to actually touch them. Each winter from December through April, the longest known mammal migration occurs when the Pacific Gray Whales make their way south from the cold Arctic waters of the Bering Sea to the remote warm water lagoons of Mexico's Baja peninsula.
People flock to San Ignacio to see the Gray Whales breach but they have to travel all-day over rugged terrain in uncomfortable buses (or tiny planes) to get here. With our Baja racers our paths are completely unhindered as we head right to the water's edge for an encounter only a few have experienced and one you won't forget.
Not only will you see the magnificent Gray Whales from shore but we'll head out in private skiffs to actually 'meet' them.
This is the best place on Earth to actually interact with these friendly Gray Whales in their own environment. You can get so close that you can actually pet them and scratch their backs. This is a life changing experience you'll never forget.

Maverick Business Adventures™ Membership Is Intentionally NOT Open To Everyone...
Each one-of-a-kind trip is exclusive by invitation-only based on an application process or by-referral only from other members. You cannot just send in a check. For this kind of experience and for each member to get maximum benefit you will need to meet these 3 important initial qualifications:
Qualification #1
You must be a successful business owner, entrepreneur or high-achiever. This membership is strictly for top-gun entrepreneurs only. So if you are a rank beginner -- this is not for you. (On average members are involved in a high six figure to $25M+ business.)
Qualification #2
You are willing to share your business successes openly and candidly with other members. (Each member will sign a confidentiality agreement so you do not need to worry about competitors.) Qualified member will also be selected for what they 'bring to the table' and it's important that you're willing to share your unique skills, resources and knowledge.
Qualification #3
You cannot be a jerk with a huge ego! This is a pretty simple qualification and you know if this is you. We don't accept just anyone who can stroke a check. How Does Maverick Business Adventures Membership Work?

But CHARTER FOUNDERS will pay significantly less. Here's the breakdown:

Q. Can my spouse come?
A. Absolutely -- if they are part of the adventure they will need to pay the same price for the trip but they will not need to pay for membership. Or if they wish to simply 'hang out' at the hotel but join us for the social functions (like the first evening's dinner, cocktail party and VIP Super Bowl party) there is a $1000 companion fee.
Q. What kind of shape do I need to be in to participate?
A. As long as you are in moderate shape this adventure should not be a problem. As with any activity -- it's a good idea to check in with your physician.
Q. How do I hold my spot?
A. You will need to apply for membership and provide full payment details. Only fully completed applications will be logged in for their time/date stamp.
Q. Why is there a membership fee to go on a trip? Is it even worth it if I can only make 1 or 2 trips a year?
A. The simple answer is you get what you pay for. In order to attract successful members, invite the high-profile guest expert plus lots of extras this is a premium, invitation-only club. Even attending one trip -- it would be easy to see a significant return on investment from just one new idea or one contact.
Q. Will I be full connected to my office when I'm away?
A. Hell no! We're out on the Baja peninsula and if you need to connect every second to your Blackberry -- you're in the wrong trip. Part of the reason for this adventure is get away from the typical day-to-day activities. And if your office can't function without you there for a few days -- you've got bigger issues than we can fix on this trip. Now in some places your cell phone will work and our guide will have an emergency satellite phone with them at all times.
Q. Can I just book direct with your featured outfitter?
A. Frankly, you can contact Wide Open yourself if you wanted to go on a trip but we've created a customized and unique itinerary of experiences that their participants never see. Plus, it will not include the business building sessions, high-profile guest expert or your fellow like-minded entrepreneurs.
Q. Who else will be going on this trip? What happens if it's a competitor or someone I don't like?
A. Because of the screening process we weed out negative people as much as possible. Plus, each person is a successful entrepreneur which means you'll have plenty in common. And if you are worried about a competitor remember each member is required to sign a confidentially pledge.
Q. Is this really tax deductible?
A. One of the main purposes of each trip is to dramatically grow your bottom line so it should be tax deductible. Of course, you should check with your Accountant or tax professional for their final say.
