Dear Internet Friend,
Let me set the scene for you…
Imagine the cruising altitude of a commercial airline.
Now picture jumping out of that same perfectly good plane at 30,000 feet. (That’s 1,000 feet higher than Mount Everest and six miles above the earth's very hard surface). The temperature is somewhere around 25 to 35 degrees below zero. You’ll need an oxygen mask or else you’ll blackout in about 30 seconds.
On July 20, 2008 my fellow Maverick Business Adventures™ member, Mike Filsaime, and yours truly are hurling ourselves out at 30,000 feet for a HALO skydive (stands for “High Altitude - Low Opening”). That’s double the normal skydiving altitude and if we survive - we’ll get 2 full minutes of free fall. Plus we’ll have completed one of the highest civilian tandem jumps ever. (And something a lot of people, including my Father-in-law, Art, would call “downright stupid”!)
To each their own.
I say, “You can’t worry about how you’re going to die, you can only worry about how you’re going to live.” Of course, skydiving is inherently risky - but we have no intention of going out this way.
However since we are falling 30,000 feet and it might be a little crazy we wanted to do something good at the same time. Part of being a Maverick entrepreneur is not just enjoying life to the fullest but also giving back. (Actually that’s rule #33 and #34 for me.)
So Mike and I have teamed up for the goal of raising $1 (or more) for every foot we fall to support the Richard Branson School of Entrepreneurship in South Africa. What’s more, we are committed to matching funds up to $15,000.00 from our own pockets!
Even a fraction of a penny pledged per foot will help!
But to ‘nudge’ you a little bit, if you pledge just HALF of a single penny (or more) per foot we fall then the two of us will give you over $524.89 in “Thank You Bribes”. That means you just need to donate $100 or more to receive some of our very best online moneymaking information - many of it not for sale or available any other way.
From Mike you’ll get:
From me, Yanik, you’ll get 3 Confidential reports only Underground Secret Society have ever laid eyes on before - and they pay $87.63/month for the privilege. We do not make back issues available for sell previous material. So this is the only way to get it and truly represents a $262.89 value.
And one more bonus from me:
Plus, if you’re extra generous and donate over $250.00 you’ll get on a private phone call with Mike and I, where we’re going to focus on:
"What I would do TODAY if I just started online marketing online and wanted to
build a $100k a year business in the next 12 months."
There will also be time at the end for one-on-one questions.

We are not handling the funds directly - you donate right on the Virgin Unite site with 100% of all donations going straight to the Branson School in South Africa. (You see, Sir Richard Branson pays Virgin Unite’s overhead so that all 100% of the donations go straight to the initiatives.)
When the Branson School was launched in October 2005, it was the first time, anywhere in the world; Sir Richard Branson lent his personal name to a project.
Virgin Unite (Virgin’s charity group) has teamed up with social entrepreneur Taddy Bletcher, founder of CIDA, South Africa’s first virtually-free institution, to create the school, which is an intensive 18-month training program for CIDA graduates that aims to launch 30 small businesses each year.
A report by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in 2007 shows that South Africa’s economic growth is under threat because of a shortage of new entrepreneurs.
The Branson School of Entrepreneurship works to:
Here students get their business plans ready for launch upon graduation. They have a virtual office, with a desk, computer, telephone, internet access, as well as a meeting room and boardroom facilities. They receive coaching and mentoring and are given exposure to successful local and international entrepreneurs. (In fact, the Maverick Business Adventure members are going to be working directly with students shortly.)
After personally spending time with Branson and the team from Virgin Unite in Necker Island - I’ve been even more inspired with what they are doing. We firmly believe entrepreneurial innovations and initiatives are going to help alleviate the biggest social issues. At Virgin Unite they call it - “Driving Business As a Force for Good”. With your donation - you can feel fulfilled knowing you’ve really made a difference to young, up-and-coming entrepreneurs in a part of the world that badly needs it.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
